Residences By Armani is cutting its teeth into Sunny Isles Beach Estate
You have always known them for their excellence in the designs of clothes and perfumes but this is about to change with their entry into the Miami real estate arena. If you are wondering if there was someone ditching the lucrative apparel industry for real estate, then it will interest you to note that soon you could be putting on your Armani designer clothes inside an Armani designed condo in Sunny Isles Beach. Armani is the latest entrant into the seemingly bubbling luxury real estate in Miami and they are coming up with a 60-story residence on an ocean front along Collins Avenue.
This development is collaboration between the fashion house and other two renowned world real estate developers. Dezer Development and Related Group and Architect Cesar Pelli are the ones mandated to bring into reality the 260 units Residences by Armani in South Florida. The project is expected to cost around $5.5M and due date of completions is 2016.
The giant names in the Residences by Armani are a clear indication of the type of quality to be expected when the project is finally completed. It will interest you to note that the chief architect in the project, Cesar Pelli, is the same architect that designed the Petronas towers in Kuala Lumpur as well as the Adrienne Center for performing Arts in Downtown Miami. Other designs attached to his name are The World Financial Center, Bill and Melinda Gates Computer Science Complex amongst others.
The developers of the Residence by Armani in Sunny Isles Beach are confident that the project will appeal to the same clientele that bought Porsche. The project is expected to have the same level of luxury as Porsche but it will sell at a slightly lower price due to the fact that Residences by Armani have slightly smaller units. Otherwise, there are no difference between it and other luxurious residential buildings in Florida. For more information, please email or call our office at 305-935-0300
